Bio

I am a former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who worked in Saudi Arabia for 5 years and in Kuwait for 20 years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting Major and earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Policy from the University of London. I am also a Certified Public Accountant. I spent the bulk of my career in development banking: 7 years with the Private Development Corporation of the Philippines (PDCP), a development finance company as regional manager, 5 years with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) as Project Finance Manager and 20 years with Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) in Kuwait in various capacities (Vice-President Investment Evaluation, Vice-President Merchant Banking and Head of Alternative Investments. I have come back to the Philippines and am currently working on the establishment of an investment vehicle that would tap the global OFW market, starting with those in the Middle East.
