About Integrated Diaspora Services

Integrated Diaspora Services Ltd (IDS) conducted its official launch virtually on March 24, 2021 in the presence of the State Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Senator, The Honourable Leslie Campbell, other government officials and Global Diaspora leaders. We wish to use this opportunity to formally introduce the company to you.
Integrated Diaspora Services (IDS) is a registered Jamaican Limited Liability Company that focuses primarily on providing solutions to Jamaicans who reside overseas. Integrated Diaspora Services (IDS) is a concierge-like information hub that provides transaction assistance to nationals living abroad that wish to do business in their “home country”. IDS basically forms a bridge to connect the Diaspora to their homeland, a concept that can be replicated across all Diasporas.

The current scope of transactions categorized under the acronym "C.A.R.E" include (but are not limited to) legal matters(property, title matters, criminal& civil litigation, immigration etc.) branding & marketing(business proposals, social media marketing, website creation and maintenance), business registration(sole trader, trading as, limited liability), charity registrations, Government related transactions(trn, renewal of drivers license, citizenship and passport renewal assistance, permits and approvals), construction and property related services (e.g. buying, selling, insuring, surveying, valuating, maintenance, leases, long and short term rentals), training and certification services ( work and study abroad programme) and transport and logistics (airport pick up and drop off, shipping). At the heart of the business is the desire to provide WORLD CLASS SERVICE by leveraging connections (new and existing) and systems that improve transaction speed, accuracy & transparency while stimulating economic growth and development in the country.

IDS is owned and operated by Nordia Teape and Percival Hurditt. Combined, the dynamic and committed duo have more than 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector. They also have diverse exposure to other sectors. Although very young, the IDS team strongly believes that increased transaction efficiency will add value to the members of the Caribbean Diaspora which in many ways is lacking now. In order to provide meaningful service and to obtain the necessary feedback, we continuously seek opportunities to partner with the different embassies, consulates, Diaspora offices or diaspora related organizations and connections across the world. IDS has built up a diverse network over the last 10 months. IDS is a member of the Community of Practice for Caribbean Immigrant Entrepreneurs and assisted in marketing and promoting the International Caribbean Diaspora Entrepreneurs' Conference and Trade Show from out of Canada (BIDEM 2020). IDS has strong connections with Diaspora groups such as the Global Jamaica Diaspora Council, Jamaicans Inspired-Jamin (UK), Authentic Caribbean Foundation, Street Hype Community Lifestyle newspaper, Jamaica Association for the Resettlement of Returning Residents Association (JARRR), Jamaican Association in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxemborg, Australia, Barbados, Canada, Africa, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, China, Asia Pacific region and the Middle East to name a few.
