Funded by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), implemented by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Madagascar, in partnership with the International Organization for Migration Madagascar (IOM Madagascar), Expertise France (EF) and the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD):
LOHARANO II is a program under the Tantsoroka ho an'ny Diaspora (TADY) project, which aims to mobilize Malagasy diaspora youth for local development projects in Madagascar,from all over the world. t seeks to enhance the engagement of the Malagasy diaspora, fostering stronger connections between them and local communities for socio-economic growth.
This year, for the 2025 edition, LOHARANO II aims to mobilize 15 volunteers from the Malagasy diaspora to contribute to local development projects across Madagascar.
Impact: Mobilize your knowledge and skills for a direct, tangible impact in Madagascar.
Immersion: Spend 04 months (from June to September 2025), all expenses covered, in Madagascar, living in the heart of Malagasy culture while developing your personal and professional abilities.
Solidarity: Join a network of young volunteers from the diaspora, united by a common goal: contributing to the growth and prosperity of Madagascar.
